This past few weeks have been rough. 

But I’ve been working out 3 or 4 times a week and it’s helped so much. I literally got up this morning and thought “fuck it. I can go to the gym tomorrow”

I laid in my bed for 2 minutes.
Got my running shoes on and ran to the gym. 
It was totally worth it.

:) 
Anyways. I’m half way through the 200 crunches challenge. woot! And I’ll be updating my stats & pledge page later and putting some reward list of some kind on there I think. 
I need some more motivation

Stay Strong! And Don’t go back now!

10/30/12

So I know it’s been [not quite] a whole year since I’ve actually updated anything, but  I think I needed to step back to really get better. 

I was hitting a place where I was getting obsessed with being healthy and some ED habits disguised themselves in a completely different way. So I took a break and, I never thought I’d be able to say this, but I feel almost as …okay… as I used to :) About everything really. 

So for all of you out there who are working on trying to get better with your EDs, or are wondering if it’s even possible- it is. It’s really hard to break and you have to put in so much effort, but it’s completely worth it. I have so much of my life back.

Anyways! Been sticking to being moderately healthy and have been trying to get back on the working out track lately. 

We need our strength to face all of these scary big challenges and crazy people that keep showing up in the world these days right? :]

Progress up to 10/12

  •  Been working on my sugar intake these past few days. Trying to get it down from 54g to 22g by the end of the weekend. and then workout cutting out as much refined crap as possible :) wish me luck

  • Happy Thanksgiving….
    I get grief for the whole “vegan on thanksgiving” thing. But, honestly, you think that me eating tofu is “gross”
    Consider the fact that you’re crowded around a rotting carcass, and feasting yourselves (to being completely stuffed) with all the hormones and toxic death shit that came with it. Then you’re gonna finish up with a fattening sugary pie made of curdled milk and dead baby chickens. 
    Yeah, no thanks. 
    not my thing. lol 
    I mean healthy is really the main reason I’m vegan I just hate hearing “Ew. Tofu? How gross!” When meat and animal products are really not much better.

  • Jeeze. It’s been forever since I’ve updated. Well finals are over and break has begun :D so I can work out more! I’m so excited! Eating healthy really helped get me through finals without going crazy which was nice, right?

    Like the 2 tacos and churro I ate when I had the munchies last night would be considered a mistake lol, but I can either punish myself or just move on from it and keep going. Don’t go back now.

  • Happy New Year! The Holidays were intense. But thankfully they’re over :) I’ve been eating healthy and working out all week! I’ll post before and after pics in 3 weeks (probably on my personal blog which you can get to via “my blog” and then clicking on “personal” you’ll have to ask for the pswrd though :p)
