This past few weeks have been rough. But I’ve been working out 3 or 4 times a week and it’s helped so much. I literally got up this morning and thought “fuck it. I can go to the gym tomorrow” I laid in my bed for 2 minutes. Got my running shoes on and ran to the gym. It was totally worth it. :) Anyways. I’m half way through the 200 crunches challenge. woot!
